She has a degree from Princeton University that focuses on Public Policy and is very interested in how policy is integral to the development of national and state institutions. Rachelle currently works at Facebook in Community Operations as Market Specialist where she works on internal policy and helps keep the its platform safe for all users.

Outside of work, she is also an advisor for the Southwest Angel Network (SWAN) an impact investing group dedicated to helping for-profit, social impact companies. Lastly, she is a proud member of the Keep Families Giving Foundation's Next Generation Advisory Board, where is the acting Impact Investing Chair.
