Jocelyn Lehrer

Jocelyn Lehrer, Sc.D. is a public health researcher and practitioner, community mobilizer, and expert in the area of storytelling for social change. She has worked for over 20 years in gender equality, violence and HIV/AIDS prevention, social inclusion, and international development in the U.S., Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. Jocelyn is Founder/Director of the Men's Story Project - an award-winning movement-building project for healthy masculinities that's spreading internationally, and is also an affiliated Senior Researcher at the University of California-San Francisco Institute for Health Policy Studies. She completed her doctoral work at the Harvard School of Public Health in 2004. Her family is from Chile.
