Shawn Toler obtained an Associates Degree in Liberal Studies in 1987 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts (Child Development and Community Services ) from Northcentral College in 1989. She continued post graduate education in para - legal sciences (North Central College ), facilitator training (Motorola University) and Touch-points training (Harvard University). Shawn has over 20 years of experience working with non-profits, with a focus in the field of education. Shawn has also served on numerous school boards and educational  task forces. 

 

She has held head of school positions, served as a TEA accreditor, development committee chair, and various administrative positions in educational entities. She has overseen Toler Law Group’s operations, including charitable initiatives. She currently serves as an Angel Investor and mentor to numerous social impact for profit companies, many of which have an educational focus and/or are women owned. Shawn is passionate about meeting humanities basic needs and encouraging women and children to excel.
