Adriel Meditz

A lucky, third generation Texan and Austinite since 1997, Adriel and his team at UBS Global Wealth Management (Austin & New York offices) help manage resources for a small group of families and business owners by providing guidance on responsible wealth transfer and risk awareness. His team offers expertise around family foundations and endowment strategy along with risk and gap analysis focused on pre-exit liquidity planning / tax mitigation for mid to late-stage entrepreneurs.

 

When not working for clients or planning new travel adventures with his fiancée, Adriel stays involved with Austin and the International community through a variety of organizations. A few examples include Keep Families Giving Mentor Advisory Board, I Live Here | I Give Here Advisory Council, Leadership Austin's Emerge Class (2013), Austin Symphony Board of Directors, Austin Opera Board of Trustees, Austin Sunshine Camps Board of Directors, Young Men's Business League Board of Directors, City of Austin's MACC Advisory Board, Andy Roddick Foundation Leadership Council, Ireland / Texas Business Association, Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency, London /Austin Tech Advocates, along with other social and professional initiatives.

 

Adriel holds a Business Management degree from Baylor University and will start his pursuit of an executive graduate degree in 2020. He is a board designated Certified Financial Planner® and Accredited Wealth Management Adviser® (both fiduciary industry designations), holds the Series 3, 6, 7, 63, 66, and General Insurance securities licenses and is a participating member in the US SIF (US Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment) and the Institute for International Finance.
